The team you’d join:

DialogTech’s Attribution team plays an essential part in building solutions to help marketers completely understand and optimize the customer journey, from web visit to phone call. We are looking for smart, fast, passionate, and curious developers who can help push our products forward in new directions and into new markets. You will have experience and familiarity with researching, experimenting with, and using APIs to build new products and services as well as the creation and documentation of internally-created APIs. You'll be expected to stay abreast of current trends in technologies we use, and finding next technologies that can help us improve our products.

Where you fit in:

You will be assisting the Attribution team as a back-end engineer to help expand our core call tracking product, SourceTrak. This person will be working with various tools and services in AWS including RDS MySQL, DynamoDB, EC2, Lambda, Kinesis, and SQS.

Working with a team to define, test, and prove out the next generation of attribution and call tracking through a dynamic, iterative and incremental process of experimentation

Work with key partners including Google, Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft, and more to help continue expand the platforms our product integrates with.

Ideal Experience:

3+ years experience developing with modern languages, preferably several different languages

Deep understanding of web user tracking technologies using JavaScript including first party 

cookies, third party cookies, cross-device tracking, and how browser security models impact those approaches

Passion and curiosity about technology -- researching trends, pushing them forward, and applying them to customer needs

Experience with agile software development, and/or continuous deployment practices

Familiarity with several data storage engines including MySQL, NoSQL, Elastic, Redis and the contexts in which they are appropriate

Experience with successful API design and implementations

Experience with a wide variety of enterprise application integration patterns, their tradeoffs and proper contexts for use
